Outside Sales Representative

E.H. Lynn Industries, a leader in the distribution of liquid and dry bulk trailer hose and parts, is in need of an Outside Sales Representative to handle our Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa region. The Candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects and for developing new business opportunities. The candidate will monitor business trends and identify new and emerging market potential.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Effectively utilize resources and sales strategies to meet goals.
* Maintain accurate CRM data with regard to territory and opportunities.
* Work with management and team members to address customer concerns and opportunities.
* Look for opportunities to increase sales or move into new market segments.
* Explore potential prospects and cold call to generate new business.
* Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies and potential opportunities.
* Attend industry trade shows and other events for networking opportunities and maintain customer relationships.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Four years outside/inside sales experience.
* College degree preferred but not required.
* Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work independently to prospect and develop new business.
* Strong organization skills.
* Strong computer skills and understanding of CRM and Office Suite.
* Must be willing to travel locally and regionally.
