1% 10 days, net 30
days to accounts with established credit. Seller may
require full or partial payment in advance; if the
financial condition of the buyer does not justify the
specified terms. A "Service Charge" of 1 1/2%
per month on all overdue accounts. |

CREDIT |
Credit for new
accounts is established by submitting three trade credit
references. Emergency, first time orders, will be C.O.D. |
| MINIMUM
ORDER |
A $25.00 minimum
order charge per invoice. |
| PRICING |
All prices are
subject to change without prior notice and will supersede
previously published or verbal quoted prices. Possession
of a price list or quotation does not constitute
acceptance of an order. |
| RETURN
GOODS |
No goods may be
returned without E.H. Lynn Industries, Inc. Return Goods
Authorization Number (R.G.A. #) Request for return must
express condition of goods and reason for return.
Returned goods must be freight prepaid. Goods returned
without permission will not be accepted. Returns are
subject to re-stocking and handling charge. Specified cut
or fabricated items are not returnable. |
| FREIGHT
POLICY |
All shipments are F.O.B.- E.H. Lynn Industries-Romeoville, IL. Deliveries
within a 25 mile radius of Romeoville, IL may be
delivered via our trucks as per delivery schedule. UPS
shipments will be prepaid and added to the invoice. |
| CONCEALED
DAMAGE |
All shipments
should be carefully inspected upon receipt. Any damage
claims should be made in writing with carriers. |
| CLAIMS |
A claim of
shortage, pricing errors, or erroneous charges must be
reported within five (5) days of receipt. |
| WARRANTIES |
All goods are
warranted to be free of defects in material or
workmanship at time of shipment. The warranties set forth
in this provision are exclusive and in lieu of all other
warranties expressed or implied. Under no circumstances,
will the liability of E.H. Lynn Industries, Inc. exceed
that of the purchase price of the goods. |
| GENERAL |
No employee or
agent of E.H. Lynn Industries, Inc. has the authority to
make any representation agreement, amendment, or promise
contrary to the above terms and conditions, except in
writing, and signed by an officer of E.H. Lynn
Industries, Inc. |
