UPS Same Day Shipments: Any order for parts placed before 4:30 p.m. Central Time can be shipped the same day. Customers in our service area can now receive shipments the next day, 5 days a week!

Special Handling

Same day, Next Day Air, and Saturday delivery are available for orders requiring Emergency Service.
UPS Maxi-Track II: Delivery Trac II bar coded labels, enable all of your ground packages to be scanned at key transit points, providing you with up-to-date delivery status, at no extra cost.
UPS Maxi-Trac: E.H. Lynn Industries is linked directly to UPS, enabling us to access information around the clock any day of the week. Proof of Delivery can be printed at our office or faxed directly to you upon request.
UPS Hundredweight: Multiple package shipments to the same destination weighing 200 lbs. or more can be shipped faster at less than common carrier rates.

How long will my order take via other means?

Federal Express/DHL: Reliable Same Day, Next Day, or Express Saver Ground Service options are available. Use your FedEx or DHL account #, or we will prepay and add the charges.

Common Carrier: Shipments via common carrier are routed by the most direct and economical means possible.

Our main facility is located in Romeoville, IL in the United States. We ship all of our orders out of this location. Our main facility's address is 524 Anderson Drive - Romeoville, IL 60446. What are your terms?

1% 10 days, net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Seller may require full or partial payment in advance, if the financial condition of the buyer does not justify the specified terms. How are claims handled?

All shipments should be carefully inspected upon receipt. Any damage claims should be made in writing with carriers. All claims of shortage, pricing errors, or erroneous charges must be reported within five (5) days of receipt. What is a minimum order, if any?

What is your policy on Return Goods?

No goods may be returned without an E.H. Lynn Industries, Inc. "Return Goods Authorization Number" (R.G.A. #). Requests for a return must express condition of goods and reason for the return. All returned goods must be freight prepaid. Goods returned without permission will not be accepted. Returns are subject to restocking and handling charge. What is your freight policy?

All shipments are F.O.B. - E.H. Lynn Industries, Inc. - Romeoville, IL. Deliveries within a 25 mile radius of Romeoville may be delivered via our trucks as per delivery schedule. Are there warranties on goods?

All goods are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. The warranties set forth in this provision are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Under no circumstances, will the liability of E.H. How is credit established?

Can I place an order through the web site?

As of the present moment, only our current accounts can place orders using the online Order/Quote Form.
If you would like to become an account, receive a quote, or more information, you can do so either by e-mail,
phone, or the online Order/Quote Form. If submitting an e-mail, be sure to include your name, company name, phone number, and e-mail address so that a salesperson can return your inquiry. In the near future, we are planning to implement an E-commerce system offering our product lines through an online catalog. Both accounts and non-accounts will be able to place orders. Right now, we are just building our products on-line for you to view.

Do you have any literature? If so, how can I receive it?

Yes, we certainly do! Currently we have a dry bulk and a chemical catalog. Our dry bulk catalog is entitled: Dry Bulk Tank Trailer Parts Catalog #103, and the chemical catalog is entitled: Chemical Transportation Parts Catalog #407. We also have a Linecard displaying an overview of products and manufacturers that we carry, plus we have many product catalogs, forms, pamphlets, and bulletins from our various suppliers.

Where can I find the Illinois Tax Forms?

Actually, to obtain both of the tax forms that you need - the CRT-61 Certificate of Resale and RUT-7 Rolling Stock Certification - you can download them right through our web site.

Just go to the Downloads page, and click on the link for each of the tax forms that you need. These will download/open as PDF files, so you'll need the Adobe Reader installed on your computer to be able to view them. If, for some reason, you do not have this application installed on your computer already, you can also download it (for free) from this page by following the Adobe Reader link.
